[Outages-discussion] [outages] Verizon outage

FYI... for most cellular providers, if you are using WiFi calling,
then you are using your WiFi/Internet provider's network to place
calls, NOT your cellular network (as per T-Mobile Engineering). 
I had an issue last week where WiFi calls failed, but celluar calls
worked. T-Mobile said that was because my ISP was having a WiFi
calling outage, but the rest of their network was working. (The next
day, their business-class cable experienced a system-wide outage for
about 19 hrs.)

Just a heads-up.
