[Outages-discussion] [outages] Verizon outage

On my phone, I have the "Emergency Calls only" symbol, and wifi calling is
not working either. It's the same as if Verizon decided the SIM on my Pixel
9 was not authorized on their network.

Which in a way, might be the case.
