[Outages-discussion] tiktok back? not seeing it.

I think we're confusing semantics here:
Our customers still have no access to TikTok in the US. I was merely
asking if others were having the same issue.
The answer appears to be no, and I've reached out to AS396986 to try and
understand why and expedite resolution.
Your assertion that everything "worked as designed" is arguably
incorrect seeing as how we normally do ~30Gbps of traffic inbound, and
we're still at zero.
Thank you to everyone else who offered up their help, insight, and
advice both in-line and off.
