[Outages] verizon <-> atlanta?

I don't think it's peering related.  

Verizon in Atlanta has been having problems for the last 24 hours with some minor issues in Boston.  In the last hour they are down to around 20% network availability and that's been seen from the vantage of all of it's peers and within the Verizon network itself.

Other locations seem unaffected.
