Quite possibly a different issue, or part of some planned migration. Since I haven't been able to get any details, I have no clue. There is someone else on the Nanog list who was given the same explanation as us and he is in Wyoming.

It doesn't sound like we're talking about the same incident here; one is in SF, the other "east of the Mississippi."
