Nope. not just you - we just noticed this here.. Get "service unavailable" from their web servers.. Traceroute die out too. We are peered with Microsoft directly at multiple locations.

Has anyone else noticed that hotmail.com is down? I checked downforeveryoneorjustme.com and it said it wasn't just me. :P
I'm on Verizon DSL in SoCal (LA) and it dies at the Verizon peering point as per:
