[outages] Hotmail.com down?

When I try to get to the site from here in Danbury, CT, it tries to forward to login.live.com/tonsmorecharachtershere/andso-on-and-so-on, it just gives me a "Service Unavailable"

Has anyone else noticed that hotmail.com is down? I checked downforeveryoneorjustme.com and it said it wasn't just me... :P
I'm on Verizon DSL in SoCal (LA) and it dies at the Verizon peering point as per:
