This is an update message for the Alert/Notification titled: connect issues with roadrunner
Problem Resolution:

As of 10:30am 3/11/2010 - The problems users were experiencing with using RoadRunner have been resolved.

Time Warner Cable says thousands of its Digital Phone and Roadrunner customers were without service from about 7am -10am Thursday morning.
 
Time Warner Spokesperson Jeff Unitias says the outage was due to a technical problem with a router in Rochester.
 
The outage affected people in both the Syracuse and Rochester area.

Service has been restored.

As of 8:00am on 3/11/2010 - Users are reporting problems using RoadRunner to connect to <snip> Resources.  Time Warner Cable is aware of the problem and is currently working to a resolution.  No estimated time of resolution is known at this time.  This alert will be updated as information becomes available.
