[outages] Verizon PSTN in NYC

All Cellphones are busy in MD. I'm guessing it's from everyone trying to
call at the sames time. Both ATT and Verizon Wireless.  (Voice busy.
Data seems to be working).

Any confirmation of VZ line being down in NYC due to the earthquake
felt. My thoughts are that the systems are being overwhelmed.
