[outages] Issues happening at Layer42 or PAIX?

Parry,

I can confirm, performance-wise, things improved after seeing network
reconvergence utilising San Jose instead of the PAIX.  But as I've left
the office for the day and don't have remote access to the machines on
our network which have ICMP permitted; I won't be able to confirm until
Monday.
