[outages] Brighthouse Tampa - outage?

We lost touch with a customer remote site in Tampa on a Brighthouse
connection (24.227.73.170) about 25 minutes ago.  Calls to Brighthouse are
returning fast busies, the Brighthouse.com site is a mess from where we're
looking and we see nothing past what appears to be a Brighthouse edge router
in the Tampa area.

Anyone else seeing the same?
