Hey,

We've been on the phone to Microsoft a few times today. They've admitted
that it's taken out a large part of their global infrastructure.

We had major issues with a POC for Office365 (onmicrosoft.com) along with
their other hosting.

Most of it seemed to be back online around 5AM GMT.
