According to a Boeing Employees Credit Union spokesperson, the COOP Network
Authentication is down, which is used to authenticate transactions for ATM
cards.

The outage affects all almost credit unions, since the COOP network is owned
by all credit unions in the U.S., the spokesperson said.

There is no estimate when service will be restored.
