I'm saw six Comcast IPv6 sites I monitor go down at 9:47 am (Central).  Some
of them are hosts with multiple AAAA records and those are still up.

Seeing issues in Atlanta as well.  Seem to not be pushing me any traffic
and my Egress has dropped to near nothing.
