[outages] GoDaddy secureserver.net SMTP broke?

Just posted this on mailops.

Since about noon central we started seeing email (hosted by GoDaddy) backed
up for multiple domains across two IP addresses.  Here are the two IPs and
some sample logged items:

216.69.186.201
Open (216.69.186.201) Error 1sec (421 #4.4.5 Too many connections to this
host.)
Open (216.69.186.201) Error 180sec (399 TCP Read failed (Err Code Zero after
180 seconds) 180 sec)

72.167.238.201
Open (72.167.238.201) Error 21sec (399 TCP Read failed (Connection timed out
after 0 seconds) 0 sec)

It peaked for us around 1 pm Central and is now going down slightly.

For several hours now, I have been getting connections refused,
connection timeouts, and the occasional "421 #4.4.5 Too many connections
to this host." for SMTP connections to smtp.secureserver.net and
mailstore1.secureserver.net.

Is anybody else seeing this?  Anybody know what's going on?
