[outages] GoDaddy secureserver.net SMTP broke?

Our CMTS application vendor reported a layer-2 broadcast issue at one of their colo data centers at about the same time. Might be related. 

I've just gotten email that the issue was resolved. Anyone still experiencing the problem?
