Good morning,

Started getting calls from end-users around 6am PDT complaining their
dial-up service is not working.

Appears to be affecting managed modems in Area Codes 530 & 916.  Calls
fail to "All Circuits are Busy".

Calls to O1's main support number (888-444-1111) also fail to "All
Circuits are Busy".

Anyone from O1 around?
