[outages] Facebook readonly

As of approximately 8 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time Monday, Facebook appears to have gone into read only mode for somewhere between most and all users, per Mashable and other news sources via Twitter.

Status postings and comments are ignored from the web client, from the Android client, and from third-party Android apps, at least.
