We have equipment in the 9th floor building MMR at 165 Halsey, Newark.

We didn't see any power loss ourselves.  But...

We have interfloor fiber connections to several customers in Equinix's 8th floor facility.

At 06:08 AM EST these went down, indicating multiple 8th floor locations losing power.

Simultaneously, Cogent experienced a problem at 165 Halsey with "isolated equipment".

We have a bgp session with a Cogent router on the 9th floor and, around 06:08, the
number of prefixes they were announcing to us dropped from over 400K to 300-some.

Possibly Cogent's path out of the building depends on something within Equinix.

The customers we have on the 8th floor got their power restored around 08:55.

I'm not sure what time Cogent returned to normal, but it was some time ago.
