[outages] Verizon DS3 outage Downtown NYC

Anyone here anything about Verizon having a DS3 down perhaps
on 25 Broadway or 32 Old Slip (my client is downtown
Broadway) but I'm unsure where they're connected to. Client
says VZ has been down for 24+ hours, yet I see no mention
of anything anywhere, checking to see if its cust svce
fluff: "Oh noes squirrels chomped on fiber!"
