[outages] Google Talk Issues?

Not just you....
The gtalk widget in gmail shows "Loading..." .
Pidgin says "Internal Server Error" in UI.  Debug logs

Looks like ssl connection completes but  gets dropped after that...

But... my gtalk is still working for my Google  apps domain.
