[outages] major (fiber? routing ? ) issues in south - tn, alabama, elsewhere?

I did see T-Mobile cell service in Huntsville, AL go down (after my
earlier email).  It came back just before 7pm local time.  When it was
down, I didn't see any signal from the near-by tower.  Wifi calling was
working okay.
