[outages] Level(3) Routing Issues In Denver?

Yes, looks my prefixes all dropped at L3, but had some Cogent prefixes that 
were also not routing. Have tickets open - waiting to hear something but 
will probably get the same old - well, everything is fine now...which it 
does appear to be....
