[outages] Level(3) Routing Issues In Denver?

This is what we got back in our ticket:

"Please be advised that your circuit was affected by a network event earlier today.

The IP NOC advised that a card failure was impacting IP services in Denver, CO.  The IP NOC rebooted the router which stabilized the failing cards. The IP NOC will continue to monitor to ensure stability.  All services are restored at this time. We will monitor this circuit to ensure stability."

After speaking with them, it turns out they didn’t just reboot, but had to replace a card + reboot.
