[outages] TWC national issue?

We're having trouble with any TWC business class link getting back to us on TW Telecom/Level3. So far it seems to be a national issue.

I have reports from Cali to North/South Carolina.

Our block we're having trouble reaching is 209.163.181.64/27.

Anyone know what might be going on?
