[outages] Verizon FIOS taking cogent unable to reach destinations

Hey all,

On Verizon FIOS when trying to reach sites like serverfault.com it takes cogent and then drops the packets.  Anyone else on Verizon Fios in the Texas (DFW) area seeing these results?
