[outages] flowroute outage ?

I have a strong bias here, having previously worked at Vitelity (outages
galore), who was then BOUGHT by ONVOY, which also had outages galore right
after they internal ported a bunch of DIDs *TO* Onvoy. So uh yeah,I would
never go with Onvoy for reliability.  They use zayo backhaul which ALWAYS
has fiber cuts and certain regions go down all the time because of that.
They also buy every small voip provider under the sun and it's literally a
nightmare octopus of failure in my honest opinion :P
