[outages] Issues between and NY and CHI

Hi,

We are having issues with traffic on calls that we were sending to Peerless
via our direct connection in NY. From there I believe the traffic goes to
their switch in Chicago. I took down our BGP session with them and now the
traffic is going NY (HE) -> CHI (HE -> L3) -> NY (L3 -> Peerless) and I am
seeing PL on L3 between CHI and NY.

Anyone else seeing anything strange between NY and CHI or in CHI?
