[outages] Issues between and NY and CHI

Have you looked through HE and/or L3’s looking glass to try and pinpoint where you suspect the issue is?

Without knowing where you’re coming from exactly, or having the foggiest clue what Peerless is, the above is about all I can suggest to you from where I’m sitting.
