[outages] Frontier Connectivity Issues

Hello, Everyone.

This morning we're seeing multiple locations in the US experiencing issues
communicating with traffic destined to Zayo AS6461. Locations include CO,
IN, SC, MD, CT, WV, PA, and OH. I've not seen any announcements or reports
of this publicly. Are any others experiencing issues? Our total impact has
crept above 100 locations. The common factor is their last mile is
Frontier.
