Yours sounds very much Internet-related while our customer’s sounds TDM transport-related.

Good news is that the T-1 came back up at 9:48 pm.

Our NOC timestamp indicated about 8p CDT for opening a ticket so sounds suspiciously similar.

According to our case there was an emergency core switch reboot per the LEC for one of CL's backbone circuits that impacted multiple clients and an additional card replacement tomorrow morning for 2a-5a.

What time did this start? We have a T-1 (non-Internet) circuit that CenturyLink carries that dropped at 7:16 pm Central that CTL says is due to a fiber cut.

Anyone else having issues with MPLS or other IQ type of circuits from CL?

One of our peers in CO is exhibiting about 40% packet loss but it looks like a widespread issue.

Thanks.
