[outages] Meraki Wireless Outage?

Maybe an obvious point, but check to make sure that there were no scheduled
upgrades that kicked off.

The communication with the cloud controller should not interrupt local
wireless traffic, as long as you're not back hauling your wireless traffic
to a remote MX appliance.
