[outages] Meraki Wireless Outage?

Thanks Chris.  You know what, that was exactly what it was.  However it
wasn't an upgrade that we set, but rather a mandatory upgrade that Meraki
scheduled.  I guess there was some version of code we were on that needed
to be upgraded.
