[outages] Comcast issues in the Bay Area for the last 24 hours

I've reviewed my mtr logs between my Comcast home connection (Mountain
View) and my VPS (southern California) for this date/time frame, and I
don't see any signs of loss (neither ingress or egress).  Possibly the
issue is/was isolated to a specific CMTS?
