They just became pingable again for us but I moved my outbound calling 
to another provider for the time being, and my inbound wasn't with them 
to begin with, so not sure yet if they're actually working fully.  Still 
can't get their webpage.  Also had no one pick up the phone at their 
NOC, Support Desk or Operator and have not yet received a call back or 
message back on social media....
