[outages] [US] DNS issue

As per status page, NSONE had some issues this PM which may be a
contributing factor: http://www.nsonestatus.net/incidents/0y6975pbd30f

NSONE has acquired significant market share in the last 6 months. More
popular sites have taken them up for authoritative service.
