[outages] Fibertech / Lightower outages in NY metro area

We have several L2 circuits over a single fiber in Wakefield MA. Only one of them is down. The rest are passing traffic just fine.

Just an FYI, 

We are going from Westchester, NY near Greenwich, CT to Secaucus, NJ over DWDM. The circuit is up/up (at least to the local equipment), but not passing traffic. According to LT, they are "still investigating".
