[outages] O365 to TW/Spectrum mailboxes

Looks like there are some issues sending to legacy Time Warner (xx.rr.com) mailboxes from Office 365. A client of ours (Columbia, SC)  was having this issue, and it looks like it's affecting other areas. See this thread, specifically page 2:
