Appears resolved.


Circuits were restored during the troubleshooting. This is a permanent fix. We will proceed to gather RFO details and provide them within 3 business days.

Please note that if your service is a protected service, you should not experience any issues as your service is running on a protected path.

    Technicians are being dispatched to both sides of the fault at once. Troubleshooting is ongoing, awaiting an ETR

    Technicians found we are not receiving any lights from Reston in Ashburn in our transmission link. They will continue with their troubleshooting. We suspect there is an issue with a patch cord or the external fiber cable. The investigation is on-going. Unfortunately, there is no ETR available at the moment. We will keep you posted.

    Please be informed that after we investigated this issue, we found a router which is down in Reston, Ashburn-VA, US. We have opened a ticket to involve our providers on this case. Unfortunately, there is no ETR at the moment. We will keep you posted.
