Just spoke with NOC, Lightower issues extend beyond New York City service area according to NOC. Has been escalated to Level 3 techs, no ETA. Master ticket LT17132717
Loss started occurring around 10am Eastern.

Not seeing the loss on pings via Spectrum.
Seeing the same loss on (3) independent Lightower circuits in NY.
