Our engineers are seeing high utilization on a core device, and are working to identify the source of that congestion.

Just spoke with NOC, Lightower issues extend beyond New York City service area according to NOC.  Has been escalated to Level 3 techs, no ETA.  Master ticket LT17132717

 

Loss started occurring around 10am Eastern.
