[outages] Zello app issues / outages

Just a heads up that if you have users that use the non-enterprise version
of the walkie talkie service Zello, it's been spotty to non functional for
most of the past couple days.  Apparently some national press surrounding
the app's use for hurricane rescue / Cajun Navy stuff has resulted in a
sudden massive influx of new users that they were not prepared to handle.
I can't find any info on their site or Twitter as to when it will be
better.
