[outages] Internet outages in TN/KY/VA/GA areas

I know there are issues with AT&T Fiber in Western Indiana, that might contribute to some of it.  It has taken them all day to admit there is a problem with their fiber, we have been down all day as a result.

     Are there any transport or backbone issues that you’re aware of in the southeast? We’re getting multiple reports from branch locations spread across multiple states that they are having internet outages, but there are multiple carriers involved.
