[outages] Telehouse Vodafone Circuit

Just had a BGP session pop on a Vodafone transit circuit in Telehouse North. Session came back but routes are coming through at a rate of about 100 per minute. Get dead air when calling the CSC Helpdesk.

Anyone else seeing issues?
