Yes, central Indiana. I had to call into tech support this morning. I was
told “occurrences” were missing from our account. And they had “pushed”
them back to our account, and they made a test call to our office to verify
everything was working smoothly.
Last week I had the same issues, and was told the lines needed to be “re
provisioned”. I have called into tech support 4 times in the last week and
a half over phone service.
