[outages] Spectrum

Anyone have any updates to this by any chance?  On the phone again with
Spectrum.  Service stopped working and they are telling me all the signals
are in the green.  They are scheduling a digital phone service tech now.

I have a branch office in Cleveland, TN that reported issues yesterday –
they can receive calls, but not make calls. Tells them that service has
been suspended.

Yes, central Indiana.  I had to call into tech support this morning.  I was
told “occurrences” were missing from our account.  And they had “pushed”
them back to our account, and they made a test call to our office to verify
everything was working smoothly.



Last week I had the same issues, and was told the lines needed to be “re
provisioned”.  I have called into tech support 4 times in the last week and
a half over phone service.
