[outages] Cogoco Peer1 on the list?

[Total Uptime Netops]

Is anyone in Sr. Management for Network Operations at Cogeco Peer1 on the
list? 


We've seen and reported network issues on Oct 9th that continue to cause 30
second outages every hour or so and need some escalation. Ticket 828699.
