[outages] Level 3 fiber cut San Bernardino, CA

I am trying to get these type of outages reported on
http://www.networkatlas.org for easy to visaual display

Will you be able to tell me if centurylink has their kmzs available
somewhere publicly? I have looked at but didn’t find it.(they have pdfs)
