We lost out MPLS ckt out of PHX. Sending this out in case others in the area are seeing issues.

*** CASCADED EXTERNAL NOTES 29-Aug-2019 21:35:52 GMT From CASE: 17023261 - Event The IP NOC has identified a device in Phoenix, AZ that has become isolated causing impacting to all services traversing the device.  Field Operations have been engaged and are expected to be on site momentarily to work to re-home services on the device to different devices on the network.





08/29/2019 21:27:05 GMT - 08/29/2019 21:23:03 GMT - On August 29, 2019 at 20:43 GMT, CenturyLink identified a service impact in Phoenix, AZ. The NOC is engaged and investigating in order to isolate the cause. Please be advised that updates for this event will be relayed at a minimum of hourly unless otherwise noted. The information conveyed hereafter is associated to live troubleshooting efforts and details may evolve as the discovery process evolves through to service resolution, ticket closure, or post incident review.
