[outages] Eastern Florida AT&T ASE Outage?

Can confirm. All 9 of our ASEoD circuits in South Florida went down
around 12:05 PM CDT today. No word from AT&T yet on the scope of the
outage, but all of our Central and North Florida sites appear to be
fine.
