[outages] Eastern Florida AT&T ASE Outage?

Starting at about 12:15PM CDT today, we've had about 30 customers call in reporting services down (with them still calling in).
Locations are anywhere from Vero Beach, FL all the way down to Miami, FL (even a couple about ~20 miles south of Miami).

All affected circuits so far have been AT&T ASE.
We've engaged the proper support channels, however, has anyone else gotten any good information out of AT&T as of yet?
